All Stars International Football Club was founded in the year 1997 with membership opened to all ex-footballers (veterans) from the 35 years of age, irrespective of race, tribe or religion. The club is made retired ex-internationals and veteran footballers.

The main objective of the All Stars International Football Club is to foster unity and togetherness amongst members, to promote and support football in all its ramifications and to create a forum to enable  cooperation and interaction.

Furthermore, it aims to creates a forum for the interaction between members, their families, guests and those involved in the direct or indirect management of football.
